I'm a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer specialising in women's fitness — including pre- and post-natal training. I work from my own private home studio near Malmesbury, Wiltshire, where every session is completely focused on you.
My own fitness journey started after becoming a mum. I know how intimidating a gym can feel, and I know the transformation that's possible when you have the right support in your corner. That experience is exactly why I do this — to help women build genuine confidence and real results, in a space where you never have to feel judged.

A 30-minute session to try the studio, do some light movement, and see how we work together. If you sign up for a training block, this fee comes straight off.
We build your personalised programme and set your schedule. Most clients train once or twice a week, fitted around work and family life.
Training is available as a 12-week block — 12 × 1-hour private sessions at a flat rate of £43 per session. One straightforward price, no peak or off-peak tiers.
